Masum Talukder has borne in 1985 at a rural family of the western part of Bangladesh. After passing diploma education he came to Dhaka in 2005 for employment. As like as so many rural youth of Bangladesh, he faced difficulties to adjust and getting job in Dhaka city. However, initially he got a job in a company but could not carry on due to work pressure. After that he had started a cloth shop with a partner jointly. But that was also 3 years long failed project reason of losing profit. He leaved the partnership business and seeks again a job as factory manager in a handicraft factory. After 3 years of working experience on handicraft production business, he got inspiration to starting up his own business. In 2014, he has started my own handicraft business in Dhaka Uddan area of Mohammadpur, Dhaka. After 1 year, he realized that the business is not growing up. He felt worried to lose again! But one day one of his business friends suggested him to get connect and seek support from B’Yeah. He has connected with B’yeah in 2015. That was turning point of his business life. He has received all of orientation, basic, advance training from B’Yeah as well as business profile development and financial institutional support. Now, He has handicraft showroom in Dhaka Uddan residential area where around 5 people are working as employee. In addition, He is planning to start a handicraft factory where he will produce readymade three peace (Female Dress) garment items in future.
